Yes — accepting these terms at account creation means every clause applies immediately. There is no grace period. If you disagree with any clause, do not proceed with account creation and contact support to clarify before you proceed.

We can update the terms at any time, but material changes are flagged in a dashboard notice before they take effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date means you have accepted the revised version in full.

Pending deposits via UPI or Paytm are returned to the originating account within three to five business days. Pending withdrawals to PhonePe or other rails are held until the suspension review is complete and the outcome is communicated to you.

Contact support through live chat or email with your account ID and a written data-access request. We verify your identity, compile the data we hold, and send it to your registered email address within seven business days of verification.

Disputes are subject to applicable Indian law in the jurisdiction where your account was opened, available where local law permits. If a specific clause is unenforceable under local law, the remaining terms continue to apply in full.

No — accounts are non-transferable under these terms. The account and any balance within it belong to the registered holder only. Attempts to transfer, sell or share account access may result in permanent closure under clause 8.
